Tai Chi has been called “the perfect exercise” for mind and body fitness. Join us to learn authentic Tai Chi under the guidance of 20th generation master instructor Lao Shi Camilo Sanchez, L. Ac, MOM, and discover a fitness exercise that will benefit you for a life-time.
Regular practice of Tai Chi has been found to improve various wellness markers including blood pressure, cardiovascular health, breathing capacity, sugar levels, range of motion,stress management, digestion and elimination, energy level, pain reflief, bone health, balance, mind focus, and mood.

Introducing the system of the Tai Chi Stick (Taiji Bang)
Learn the highly regarded method of the Taiji Stick exercises, a unique system of conditioning the joints, muscles and tendons. The Taiji Stick is an ingenious and effective training method to develop stronger and more flexible joints and muscles. You will see results in the first week of your practice. In this four week class you will learn the main 10 exercises of this closely guarded Tai Chi exercise method.
